1. I just purchased a refill and havent received a download link yet, when will i get it?

Each refill is now packed individually to contain  the users info. This way it discourages piracy and ensures a unique ‘product’.

2. Where can i get your PZP Reason 3 Refill?

This product was discontinued once reason 4 came out. It’s probably found on some websites on the web if you do a search. If not email me and I’ll dig it up. I prefer not to keep it up because honestly it’s quite a few years old and some of the patches are not upto the quality i expect of myself these days.

3. I noticed you havent released your brainwave refill yet. I’m really interested and would love to buy a copy. When will it be released?

I have been meaning to release it for a while, but other work has come up which has taken priority. I also want to include specific documentation which i need to research and edit myself. It will be released no later than December 2010.

4. I use some vst’s like Massive, FM8 and a few others. Do you design patches for vst’s? If you did i’d love to get my hands on some.

I do some random patch creation for a few of my favorite vst’s like Massive, FM8, Synplant and Microtonic, plus a few others. I’m hoping to offer some patch packs soon.

5. Why has your PZP Reason 4 Refill been discontinued? I purchased it not long ago and saw it available for free a few months after woods.

In the space of a few weeks, I was ripped off and had money stolen from me as well as finding my refills systematically uploaded on several torrent sites. I was pissed off…So i decided to offer it for free download from my site. I have now discontinued it and am in the process of completely reformatting and repackaging the refill. The new format will include completely updated patches, better browsing and easier navigating. They will be fresh, new and a better option to the massive PZP R4 Refill. A few people mentioned my refill was a little too large so I’m sure the new format will be a positive step. Anyone who has purchased the PZP Reason 4 refill will receive any new refills for a fraction of the price.

6. Do you swap products? I make sample packs and would like to offer you something in return for one of your refills, are you interested?

For sure!! I’m all up for swapping so if you have something to offer, let me know. In fact I’d prefer to in some cases to do this.

7. I love your tunes, but can’t find them to purchase anywhere. Where can i get your music??

I actually don’t have much released, but i have stuff downloadable on soundcloud. I can also offer my project files for Reason/Record and some Ableton Live projects if you would like get more than just an audio file. Contact me with any requests or for remixing.

7. Do you offer CD copies of your refills?

I much prefer to minimize packaging, transport and materials, mainly for environmental and economic reasons, but if you need a copy for any reason, let me know. It’s no problem.

8. How long have you been using Reason?

Since Reason 2 or about 2002.
